2. User Registration & Consent
By using this service, you provide explicit consent for the collection and storage of your interactions for query resolution, and the processing of your interactions using AI to improve overall service quality.
3. Usage Guidelines
AI Limitations: Our platform utilizes advanced LLMs to converse and provide information. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. Users are encouraged to verify critical information independently.
Acceptable Use: Users must not transmit spam, abusive language, obscene media, or malicious code. AiQ AnalytiX reserves the right to suspend or block users who violate these terms.
4. Role of AiQ AnalytiX
AiQ AnalytiX operates as the technology provider. We supply the communication infrastructure, AI routing, and analytics. The actual physical or operational resolution of any tickets or issues raised through the platform is the sole responsibility of the respective administrative teams utilizing our software. We do not guarantee specific turnaround times for issue resolution.
